Join A.B.C. Alma Mater — Registration and admission process
Names of the students seeking admission in the school are registered on the days notified by the school. Admission is given on the basis of merit. The school has the right to admit the students in the classes for which they are found fit. Children completing the age 3 years on 1st April are admitted to Nursery classes. The child completing the age 6 years on 1st April are admitted to class 1st.
Parents wishing admission for their children are required to submit the registration form attached with the prospectus available with the office on payment of registration fee as applicable. Registration forms should be supported by a Birth Certificate from Municipal Committee / Gram Panchayat as proof of age for admission into Nursery class. For admission to other classes the applicant has to submit a T.C. (Transfer Certificate) along with the Admission Form.
Registration and Admission
Purchasing the prospectus does not guarantee admission to ABC Alma Mater. Admission is granted on completing the admission process and after the final decision of the Principal. The following steps are involved:
- Parents must complete the application form attached with the prospectus and provide: (a) Birth Registration Certificate (photocopied and attested), (b) Latest Progress Report of the previous school, (c) Recent passport size photograph of the child.
- After the above requirements are completed to the satisfaction of the Principal, the student's name will be registered on the waiting list.
- Registration does not guarantee admission. The student must obtain at least 50% marks in the admission test. First priority to siblings already in school (with 50% in test). Admission at the sole discretion of the Principal. Admission completes only after Admission Fees is deposited in the bank account. No cash payments. Registration and admission fees are non-refundable.
